Head Machining

We offer two high compression chamber designs that are superior to the stock chamber design. Our most popular Toroidal chamber makes better mid-range torque and self-limits over-revs. The Hemi chamber makes better peak power and RPM. We can also machine a head to accept a stroker crankshaft without requiring a cylinder spacer plate.

Crankshaft Rebuilding

With our state of the art Blaster crankshaft hydraulic press fixtures; we are able to gently split a crankshaft and reassemble the two halves to 10 microns concentricity or better. Each crankshaft is fully inspected before it leaves our shop. Whether you're looking to rebuild a damaged crankshaft or building a custom stroker crankshaft we have you covered.

Flywheel Lightening

We use computer aided drafting to accurately calculate material removal weight which eliminates any guess work that's done with trail methods. Therefore we can offer greater customizability that's accurate and cost effective. With this highly accurate method we can reduce the weight of the flywheel by 188 grams allowing faster acceleration, and quicker throttle response.

Top End Rebuilds

Send us your Blaster top end and we will completely disassemble, clean and inspect the cylinder, head, piston and reed valve assembly. We will then hone the cylinder and inform you what size rings/piston (if applicable) to purchase. The head will be properly torqued with an annealed gasket. Then the cylinder base gasket surface will be ready for assembly.

Bottom End Blaster Rebuilds

Send us your Blaster bottom end and we will completely disassemble, clean and and inspect the clutch, crankshaft, flywheel, stator and transmission. Case halves will be completely cleaned and lapped prior to assembly with Yamabond sealant. The cylinder base gasket surface will be ready for assembly.
